Sample Pack includes:

Colour Board: We have mounted our brochures onto card, allowing us to insert a cap (Stemfix) into each respective colour swatch. This gives you a cap of EVERY colour, allowing you to confirm the best colour for any application you may have.

Snap-Caps: Showing all three (3) sizes in both Matt & Gloss finishes on the Caps, and CSK & F/B Washer types.

Electroplated Snap-Caps: Showing fully-electoplated finishes in sizes 6/8 and 10/12 - in *Polished Chrome, *Satin Chrome & *Polished Gold

Bifix Caps: 'better than pozi caps' - in some of our 96 stock colours. Push them into a pozi screw and see how the patented 16-wing stem grips into the screw.

Holefix Caps: 2 sizes (5mm & 10mm) in some of our 96 stock colours

Stemfix Caps & SupaChip Screws: 2 lengths of screw (there are 6 different lengths available) and some of our 96 stock colours of long-stem caps. Push them into the SupaChip screws and see how well they grip.

We regret that due to an increasing number of incidents of failure by Royal Mail to deliver in a reasonably timely manner, we have ceased offering Royal Mail services.  Until further notice, deliveries will be with our couriers (APC or UPS) or you may use your own courier service.  Courier services are from £7.90 (England, Wales and parts of Scotland).  Remote areas (the couriers' definitions, not ours) may cost more, so please let us know and we will check for your postcode.

Please note that (except for existing customers) we are not able to send samples of specific caps on a Free-of-Charge basis.

 We purchased some plastic cover caps in an almond colour to get as close to our kitchen carcass colour as possible (cashmere) to cover the holes not being used in our cabinets as possible. There were a good match and fitted perfectly. We were also advised to purchase a sample pack and were amazed at the amount of colours available and the different products available. The sales assistant was very informative with their products, and delivery was very quick at a very competitive price.

 I needed a method of covering screws in an old vehicle where I had reupholstered the door cards, but it was difficult trying to match the colour of the fabric. The sample pack gave me the right information in terms of colour and also the size of snap caps that I needed to buy. Have recommended these to my friends and also the upholstery company I used.

Hi Jon, thanks for your very frank assessment.  We agree we have great products, but very long experience has shown that these products are the last thing a fitter/builder/DIY'er etc remembers to buy and use for their job.  Our brochures were designed to attract attention and cause people to remember us - even if not always for the right thing.  This they continue to do nearly 30 years on, where other forms of marketing & advertising have not.  If you believe our products can be marketed with the same or better results, but not using the theme of our current brochures, we ask that you get in touch with us.

 When I phoned with an enquiry I spoke to a very helpful lady, who explained the sizing of the colour caps and informed me about the sample pack. We produce digitally printed signs, and the sample pack is a great help to match the correct colour cap to our signs, and there is a large range of colours available.  After my installers lost the caps for 4 satin silver £60 handles (which I had to order again to get replacement caps), we were caught in a costly problem. Ordering the sample pack from Screw Caps Uk was the best move as it enabled me to visit site with a professional looking sample board to match the colour and then try the samples in the screws to see which type fitted. Ordering the the sample board and the right caps was a very swift process with both items turning up the next day following order. we came across ‘Screw Caps uk’ by chance when searching the internet – we ordered a sample pack which came very promptly – I was expecting a sample of the particular cap I was interested in but couldn’t believe how comprehensive the pack was when it came – well worth the money and a bonus to get it refunded when we ordered – there are so many colours and options it inspires you for other jobs.
